You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions you must immediately stop using the Website.

1. Purchased Animals:

All animals will be in optimum health, feeding and correctly sexed unless otherwise advised.

Where possible, animals will be supplied with a full health record and breeding certificate. 

Animals will be covered by our 24 hour guarantee, if you are not happy with your purchase for any reason contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.

We pay individual attention to every one of our animals, and so are always pleased to receive reports and photos of how they are doing. Although we are unable to give refunds for any animals we have sold after our 24 hour guarantee period, if you find you can no longer cope, or have problems you cannot deal with at any time, we will always accept our animals back.

We will not sell any animal to any persons under the age 17 years without the consent and presence of a parent or guardian. 

2. Delivery/Collection:

We would prefer it if you came and collected in person, however we are prepared to use Reptile Taxi/Gremlin Rides or a reliable courier, at buyers cost. In some cases it maybe possible for us to deliver depending on location.

2.1 Collection: We feel that collection is the best way to finish a transaction as it not only eliminates some of the stress of courier, but also because we get to meet you and answer any questions you may have in person. We are very busy people, and so contact must be made a reasonable amount of time before you intend to collect, so we can arrange a day to suit everyone. Although at present we have no access to a car, we are happy to meet you via public transport within a reasonable distance and help you find us.

2.2 Courier: The price of delivery will depend on your location and the cost of this will need to be added onto your total before payment is made. We use only legal couriers, fully liscenced for the transport of live animals. We will use different couriers depending on your location so as to reduce the cost to you as much as possible, therefore contact must be made prior to payment stating your location and appropriate dates for delivery, and we will contact all possible couriers and notify you of the best price.  The price of delivery will include the supply of appropriate packaging materials to ensure the healthy arrival of the animals. 

On arrival, we ask that you email us within 1 hour to let us know that the delivery was successfull.

All delivered animals come with a Live On Arrival guarantee. However, all guarantees are void if no-one is present to sign for the package at the time of delivery. In the very unlikely event that your animals are DOA, contact needs to be made within 1 hour of arrival, and the animals will need to be preserved in a sealed freezer bag, frozen, and posted back to us in a sealed Jiffy bag via 1st class Royal Mail. A refund may then be issued to your account, or we will work to find you a replacement. Delivery charges are non-refundable for obvious reasons, including all delivery charges associated with replacement. If there is a problem of any sort on arrival of your animal/s we will do whatever it take to try and rectify the problem or give advise.

3. Payment:

All animals must be paid for before the animal is released. We will take cash on collection but prefer it if you pay using paypal as it covers both the customer and the trader. We will also take cheques/postal orders but these would need to be sent in advance to allow time to clear before collection or delivery.

In some cases we may ask for a deposit, for instance if we are asked to hold an animal for a period of time before collection, or is a considerable amount of money, or has received a great deal of interest. This deposit will be non-refundable.

4. Advice:

The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

5. Changes to Website:

The Website reserves the right to:

5.1 Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that the Website shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal; and

5.2 Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.

The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.
